Coffee Hour

A social gathering with coffee, juice and snacks occurs immediately after the 8:00am and 10:00am Sunday services. This is a wonderful time for fellowship and an opportunity to catch up on news with other members of the St Thomas family. Visitors are especially encouraged to mingle. You are certain to feel at home and may even make a new friend or two.

Our children are encouraged to sign up to host other young people at their own smaller table. They provide juice and cookies, and then host the other young people by setting up, serving and cleaning up. We believe in the ministry of hospitality right from a young age!

If you would like to volunteer in hosting a Coffee Hour, there is a sign-up sheet on the clipboard hanging outside the kitchen in the Parish Hall. It is easier than you think and appreciated by all. It is also a fantastic way to greet members of the congregation, friends and visitors. The number of wonderful parishioners is growing, and this is an ideal way to get to know each other!
