Fundraising
Throughout the year, Saint Thomas hosts many creative, successful fundraising events. These events are supported by parishioners and community folks alike and we could always use an extra pair of hands to help organize or spread the word.
- The Annual Holly Berry Bazaar
Held in late November, the weekend before Thanksgiving, this Saint Thomas tradition is heralded by a jolly snowman sign on the front lawn. Crafters meet weekly, through the year, to combine fellowship and the crafting of handmade items. Christmas cookies are sold by the pound and the café offers hot soup to go -always a winner! There are some craft vendors that help to enhance the holiday spirit.
- Bake Sales
It’s always a good time to bake and eat sweet treats. Our parishioners love to bake and we are always looking for like-minded people who love to bake, too.
- Yard Sale
Our summer yard sale is hosted by the Men’s Club and is held during a weekend. Help sorting and selling is always needed.
- Dinners and Community Meals
There’s nothing better than sitting down to a good meal, except maybe sitting down to that same meal with family. Our St. Thomas family gets together several times a year to enjoy a Pasta Dinner, Ham and Bean Dinner, Corned Beef Dinner, Shrove Tuesday meal, or a good old-fashioned cookout.
